Facilitators Manual
Based on the research completed by all partners and the Competence Framework (O1) the consortium has produced an Enterprise Circle programme based on the original product of the English project partner Inova but adapted to suit the new target audience (artists and cultural operators). The Enterprise Circle programme includes 3-4 training sessions for groups of about 10 artists meeting with a facilitator to learn from whilst also learning from each other. Circle members all have the same goal in mind that is either to explore the possibility to transform their artistic and cultural activity into a business or to grow their own cultural business.
The innovative methodology brought together Action Learning (encouraging learning through questioning), coaching and mentoring principles to support and build confidence and self-efficacy of learners. In addition, self-reflection exercises and tools to facilitate the development of valuable soft skills were used.
The course programme was outlined in an Enterprise Circles Facilitators Manual supporting the facilitators in the delivery of Enterprise Circle, which includes an introduction to the project and Enterprise Circles methodology in general as well as session plans and the tools and resources needed to deliver to the target audience.
